1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month 6:00AM at Pursuit Kirkland and Snohomish campuses. As women, we are made in the image of God - strong, capable, and crowned with purpose. Culture has tried to distort how we see our bodies, but God calls us to remember that we are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14. Warrior Women Workouts are more than fitness - they're a movement of healing, strength, and freedom. Every woman! Every age, every stage, and every fitness level - you belong here.
What to Bring: A yoga mat - it is okay if you don't have one, still come Light weights - optional - body weight is perfect, too!
