The Next Generation Matters

We believe the next generation doesn't need to wait for someday to encounter God.

ABIDE Students is a special experience designed for middle school, high school, and college-aged young women who are hungry for God's presence and ready to discover who He has called them to be.

In a world filled with confusion, comparison, pressure, and competing voices, we want young women rooted in truth, confident in their identity, and empowered to walk boldly in their calling.

Students will experience:

✔ Powerful worship and encounters with God
✔ Teaching designed for the next generation
✔ Leadership and confidence-building sessions
✔ Practical conversations around identity, purpose, friendships, and influence

Candace Oliver

Candace Oliver is the Global Women’s Pastor at Pursuit Church and serves as Campus Pastor alongside her husband, Bryan, at the Kirkland Campus. Together, they are passionate about building the local church and helping people encounter Jesus in a life-changing way.

A wife, mother of four, speaker, entrepreneur, and podcast host, Candace is known for her authentic teaching style, practical wisdom, and passion for helping people discover who they are in Christ. Her heart is to see women find their voice, walk confidently in their God-given identity, and live with purpose and conviction.

Candace is passionate about creating spaces where people encounter Jesus, experience lasting transformation, and step boldly into all God has called them to be. She is especially known for helping unlock voices that have been silenced or stuck, empowering people to live with courage and confidence in their God-given calling.

Crystal Sparks

Crystal Sparks is a writer, speaker, and Pastor with a passion for helping people discover and pursue their God-given purpose. After a life-changing encounter with God as a teenager, she has spent more than 25 years serving in ministry as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor.

Crystal is known for her authentic teaching, practical wisdom, and ability to inspire people to step into the dreams God has placed on their lives. She speaks at churches, conferences, and events across the country and internationally, encouraging people to live with faith, courage, and expectancy.

In 2014, Crystal and her husband, Bryan, moved to Caddo Mills, Texas, to plant One Church, where they now serve as Lead Pastors alongside their two children, Brailey and Bear.

Jenny Donnelly

Jenny Donnelly is an author, speaker, spiritual health coach, and the founder of Her Voice MVMT. She also co-founded The Collective Church in Portland, Oregon.

Jenny is passionate about empowering women to find their voice, walk boldly in their God-given calling, and lead with courage and conviction.

Through Her Voice MVMT, she is committed to raising up women who will use their voices to help turn families, communities, and our nation back to God. Known for her passionate teaching and unwavering faith, Jenny inspires people to live fully surrendered to Jesus and His purpose for their lives.

Emily Potts

Emily Potts is the Marketing Director at The Pursuit NW, preacher, leader, and creative passionate about helping people discover healing, confidence, and purpose. A lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, Emily has overcome her own battles with mental health and now shares her story to bring hope and encouragement to others.

With more than six years of experience in marketing across nonprofit organizations, the trades, ministry, and influencer spaces, Emily combines strategy with authenticity to help people and brands make a meaningful impact. She has built a personal platform of more than 600,000 followers and is passionate about personal development, leadership, and empowering others to step into their God-given potential.

Emily also co-hosts the Strong Confident Girls podcast, where she and Candace Oliver equip the next generation of women with truth, confidence, and purpose.

Anastasia Fomenko

Anastasia Fomenko leads the worship movement at Kingdom Movement as well as an equipping women’s ministry called WILD.
As a little girl she deeply fell in love with the presence of God. Through those encounters with Jesus she became passionate about worship and leading people into His presence where they could be transformed.

Her heart is to raise up wholehearted worship leaders and lovers of His presence that could host Jesus wherever they go. In the last couple years the Lord has also led her to launch an equipping women’s ministry called WILD, where her passion is to see women find their God given purpose and voice in the kingdom.

Anastasia and her husband Vik serve on the leadership team at Kingdom Movement. They have two beautiful daughters and are also foster parents.

Christine Baker

Christine Baker is a passionate minister, speaker, and leader known for her authentic, dynamic preaching and Spirit-led ministry. With a deep love for God's presence and His Word, Christine carries a powerful message of hope, freedom, and transformation.

Her heart is to see people encounter the love of Jesus, walk in true freedom, and be equipped to live confidently in their God-given purpose. Through practical biblical teaching and the power of the Holy Spirit, she encourages people to grow in their faith and experience lasting life change.

Christine lives in the Sacramento, California area with her husband, Michael. Together, they serve as Campus Pastors at Destiny Sacramento Church, where they are passionate about building the local church and helping people encounter God in a life-changing way.
